DSIX Diversity Recruiting Mentorship Program

Building TA leadership competencies and skills in future industry leaders

 

Our DSIX community provides peer mentorship through DSIX Project Teams. Through the projects, participants build diversity recruiting strategy competencies, skills, and knowledge along with other industry practitioners. They also learn from global diversity recruiting leaders’ experiences and advice.

The 2024 project team is participating in the development of our inaugural DSIX Benchmark Survey which will gather a broad set of diversity recruiting metrics for comparing and evaluating organization’s performance and practices across industries and geographies – including diversity recruiting spend, headcount, recommended vendors/tools/consultants, challenges, priorities, diversity of the recruiting funnel, ROI of diversity strategies and tactics, and more.
