TLIX Talent Acquisition Leader Peer Mentorship Program

 

IX Communities developed the TLIX Peer Mentorship Program (PMP) in response to requests from TA leaders for help developing leadership skills in their team members. With a goal of developing the future leaders of the recruiting function, the mentorship provided to PMP participants is helping to equip our member organizations' upcoming TA leaders.

Meetings cover a range of TA leadership competencies and skills including Team Productivity, Workforce Planning, TA Technology, Team Development/Motivation/Retention, Stakeholder Management, Employment Branding & Marketing and Diversity Recruiting.

PMP participants acquire valuable, real-world best practices and approaches to addressing common challenges as TLIX member leaders share their career experiences and advice.
