TLIX Talent Acquisition Leader Peer Mentorship Programs

 

IX Communities launched the TLIX Peer Mentorship Program (PMP) at the request of Talent Acquisition leaders seeking to strengthen leadership capabilities within their teams. The program is designed to cultivate the next generation of recruiting leaders by pairing participants with experienced TLIX members who share real-world best practices, career insights, and practical approaches to common challenges. 

Through regular meetings, participants build expertise across a broad range of TA leadership competencies, including Team Productivity, Workforce Planning, AI & Technology Strategies, Team Development, Motivation & Retention, Stakeholder Management, Employment Branding & Marketing, and Diversity Recruiting.
