Depending on the survey type, data sets will include: roles and team size, reporting structure, recruiter compensation packages, performance metrics, diversity metrics, talent acquisition metrics, functional policies, technology, ROI metrics, search management issues, and more.

Survey on Corporate Recruiting of Underrepresented Talent
In 2019, a number of ESIX members helped create a survey of ESIX member activities related to hiring diverse leaders. We have built upon and updated that original survey and distribute it annually. Along with multiple regions, we are fortunate to have responses from multiple industries and a good range of company sizes.
With the launch of the DSIX community, we are currently expanding this survey to address broader aspects of diversity recruiting. Participants will be able to evaluate their organization’s overall diversity recruiting practices including diversity recruiting, people resourcing and program budgets; ROI performance metrics for events and other tactics; diversity recruiting technology usage and satisfaction; and more!
