ESIX Executive Recruiting Mentorship Programs

IX Communities developed the ESIX Peer Mentorship Program (PMP) in response to requests from  function leaders for help developing leadership skills in their team members. With a goal of developing the future leaders of the execuitve recruiting function, the mentorship provided to PMP participants is helping to equip our member organizations' upcoming leaders.

Meetings cover a range of leadership competencies and skills, and PMP participants acquire valuable, real-world best practices and approaches to addressing common challenges as ESIX member leaders share their career experiences and advice.

In addition to the mentorship program, membership also includes access to our ESIX Research Roundtable. Here, members of executive recruiting research teams come together to learn from each other, gather advice on challenging searches, and share the latest developments in talent research.
